Individual sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy that aim to promote healthy emotions, habits and decisions that are closer to your most important values.

What is a session?

It is a comfortable, safe and confidential space shared between the person seeking help and the psychologist. It lasts approximately 50 minutes and is generally done once a week.

What is the focus?

We will start from a simple principle: "Our thoughts influence our emotions." We will probe your thoughts to promote healthy emotions, habits and decisions. The idea is that you learn strategies that you can apply on your own and become your own psychotherapist.

How long?

The duration depends on many factors: personality, commitment, reason for consultation, context, etc. If you work on a single topic, you can generally see significant changes after 12 to 15 sessions.

What is the price?

The price per session is 150 soles or the equivalent in your local currency.
